Black United (BU) is an independent and employee-led space, managed by the Black Engagement and Advancement Team, which supports the broader diversity and inclusion mandate of ESDC.
Employees who self-identify as Black can register by filling the prepopulated email (MSG, 35 Ko)
The Black Engagement and Advancement Team will review forms received and send a membership link that will add you to the BU MS Teams group.

BU is a private safe space accessible by membership only. Membership is growing fast and the details requested in this form provide an overview of the BU membership composition.
Why is the membership composition important?
Composition of BU is important because the diversity of the membership has fundamental influence on the Black Engagement and Advancement Teams deliverables and work objectives. Membership perspectives complement and augment the knowledge and skills of the team, while also enabling the team to periodically conduct pulse checks with the BU community to gain immediate reactions to any new or amended departmental initiatives being advanced.
